• Broker connection — the API keys or tokens you provide to connect your own broker account, used solely to place orders you authorise. We do not collect your broker login password and never gain the ability to withdraw your funds.
• Usage & device data — how you interact with the Platform, log data, device and browser information.
• Payment information — processed by our payment partners; we do not store full card details.

3.How we use your information

We use your information to:

• provide, operate and secure the Platform and place the orders you authorise through your broker;
• produce and deliver market research and analysis, and improve our tools;
• process payments, provide support, and send service communications;
• meet our legal, regulatory and record-keeping obligations.

4.AI processing & data responsibility

We use AI tools to assist in producing research and analysis. Where AI tools process data, we remain responsible for the security, confidentiality and integrity of that data and for compliance with applicable laws, consistent with SEBI requirements for Research Analysts. We do not use your personal trading data to provide personalised investment advice.

5.How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:

• with your own broker, to route the orders you authorise;
• with trusted service providers (e.g. payment processors, cloud hosting) under confidentiality obligations;
• where required by law, regulation, or a valid request from a regulator or authority.

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and understand usage so we can improve the Platform. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not function without them.

We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including encryption of sensitive credentials such as broker API keys. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information and you can revoke your broker connection at any time.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active and as required to meet our legal and regulatory obligations — including record-keeping requirements applicable to SEBI-Registered Research Analysts (generally a minimum of five years) — after which it is deleted or anonymised.

10.Children

The Platform is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
