Registration with SEBI and certification from NISM do not guarantee the performance of the intermediary or provide any assurance of returns.

3.Derivatives & leverage risk

Futures and options (F&O) and other leveraged products carry a high degree of risk. Leverage can magnify both gains and losses, and you may be required to deposit additional margin at short notice. Losses can exceed your initial outlay. Trade derivatives only if you fully understand their mechanics and risks.

4.Automation & technology risk

Automated and algorithmic execution depends on technology and third-party systems that may fail or behave unexpectedly. Risks include, without limitation:

• connectivity, latency, outage or downtime at MadMoney, your broker, or the exchanges;
• API errors, rejected or duplicated orders, partial fills, and slippage;
• incorrect configuration of a strategy, or market conditions a strategy was not designed for.

You are responsible for monitoring your automated activity and retain full control to pause or stop it at any time.

They are prepared with the benefit of hindsight, may not account for real-world costs, liquidity, latency or slippage, and do not represent actual trading.
